High-capacitance 0.47 µF ceramic multilayer capacitor (MLCC) in compact 0603 surface-mount package. Suitable for automotive and industrial applications requiring reliable performance over wide temperature range.
Tape and reel packaging for automated assembly. Surface-mount MLCC in 0603 (1.60 x 0.80 mm) case size. Maximum thickness of 0.90 mm.
Robust X7R dielectric provides stable capacitance across temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. AEC-Q200 qualification ensures reliability for automotive use. Compact size and surface-mount design enable high-density PCB layouts.
