Infineon and Eatron Expand AI Battery Management Collaboration to Industrial and Consumer Applications

Infineon and Eatron are expanding their AI battery management system (BMS) collaboration into industrial and consumer electronics. Based on Infineon’s PSOC™ microcontrollers, this partnership integrates AI-driven battery optimization software with advanced power semiconductors, enhancing battery performance, reliability, and reducing degradation and safety risks.

The solution combines Eatron’s AI predictive models—which support SOX, RUL, and safety diagnostics—with Infineon’s MOSFETs and AI-based BMS components. This enables precise SOC predictions, lower system costs, and faster time-to-market, meeting the needs of light electric vehicles, energy storage, robotics, and portable electronics.

With growing demand for higher energy efficiency, longer battery life, and smart maintenance, AI’s role in battery optimization is becoming increasingly critical. This collaboration delivers cutting-edge battery management solutions across smart home, IoT, medical, and energy storage sectors.

Eatron’s AI software has been pre-validated on Infineon’s PSOC™ and benchmarked using LG Chem INR21700 M50 batteries, demonstrating exceptional performance.
